The www.securaa.io website (the “Website”) is operated by Securaa ( “Securaa”, “we”, “our” and “us”). Securaa respects your right to data protection and privacy. This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) sets out the basis on which we use, process, store or disclose any personal information about you (“Personal Data”), as detailed below, that we collect from you or that you provide to us through the Website. The Personal Data provided by you will be held by Securaa as a controller.

You may choose to submit a job application to Securaa via the Website which will contain your Personal Data, such as your name, contact details, resume/CV, cover letter, LinkedIn profile and details about visa sponsorship. When you submit a job application, Securaa will process your Personal Data in accordance with the Securaa Recruitment Data Protection Notice which will be made available to you.

Data Enrichment & Profiling

We sometimes utilize third party business databases such as ZoomInfo to keep our contact database up to date and accurate. We compare the data we hold about you as a business contact with data held by Zoominfo, and we update where necessary, for example by adding your new business address. 6. TRANSFERS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

 

Generally, your Personal Data will not be retained for long periods of time and, in most instances, it will be kept in line with the retention periods set out below:

The length of your session on the Website.

    • Queries/requests: the length of time it takes to address or conclude your query or request and, in some cases, a reasonable period of time after that to allow for follow-up actions;
    • Webinar details: the length of time until the webinar take places plus a reasonable period of time afterwards; and/or
    • Marketing details: generally, 12 months but this period may be longer or shorter depending on whether you unsubscribe;
    • Legal claims: the length of time it takes to establish, exercise or defend a claim plus a reasonable period of time after that to allow for follow-up actions; and/or
    • Legal obligation compliance: the period specified by the legislation (if any) or a reasonable period of time to demonstrate compliance with the legal obligation.

You have a number of rights in relation to your Personal Data, which are set out below. We may have to extend the timeline of our response by 2 further months if necessary but we will contact you if this need arises.
